Deposit: €300 to be paid at the time of booking which will be returned upon check-out, in the absence of damages
Minimum age: 30 years
It is not possible to accommodate more people than those declared at the time of booking and not registered at the time of check-in
In July and August minimum two-week rental
100% refund with cancellation made up to 1 month before check-in
50% refund with cancellation made one month to 48 hours before check-in
No refunds with cancellations 48 hours prior to check-in
